This square is also a hub for a lot of the municipal buses and being near Florence’s University and the Accademia gallery, it is an area filed with coffee bars, restaurants and boutiques of all sorts. Food shopping is further afield in the San Lorenzo area.

Built after WW2, this semi modern apartment features high ceiling, large windows and polished marble floors. The furnishing are mainly antiques with Persian carpets. The bathrooms are semi-modern as is the kitchen. The terraces have terra cotta floors and some outdoor furniture.

Dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in one room (study/bedroom)  internet connection, telephone, cable Tv maybe connected upon request. Linen and kitchenware are supplied. Maid service is available.

Positive aspects: 
Location, light, sunny, elevator, 2 terraces, balcony, air conditioned (one room), quiet, views.

Negative aspects: 
1 bathroom small and narrow with washing machine, terrace with view accessed from bedroom/study.

Our personal opinion: 
“A large spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces facing east and west. A very authentic residential neighbourhood of Florence, with no tourist. Excellent for easy access to the boulevard surrounding the city and to public transport.”

Condominium fees (elevator, lights on the stairs, heating and hot water approx 500 euro per month.)

Not included: 
Utilities (gas, water electricity), air conditioning, maid service, satellite TV, internet connection, final cleaning and laundry charges.
