Positive aspects: 
good refurbishment, use of the spaces, natural light and easy use of the out door area.

Negative aspects: 
the stairs accessing the tower level are very steep and not easy. there is aprox. 500 meters of white road to reach the house.

Our personal opinion: 
 a nicely redone apartment in a country setting, good spaces, easy maintenance.
