Set on the third floor with elevator, in a nice historical building, this apartment has a surface of aprox. 230 Sq. meters (2300 Sq. Ft.), and it is made of a double entrance (a main entrance and a staff door), we find a connecting corridor that leads on one side to a studio (or bedroom), a spacious kitchen with access to a south facing balcony, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a second bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, on the other side facing Corso Tintori we find two double bedrooms, a third bathroom (shower), a dining room and a double size living room with fireplace. The apartment has autonomous heating, air.con, wooden beam ceilings and marble and parquet floors, double windows, some storage space in the apartment and a cellar in the basement.

Positive aspects: 
elevator, nice layout with spacious rooms, use of refined materials such as marble floors and bathrooms.

Negative aspects: 
the heights of the ceilings is limited to 2.5 meters (aprox 8 Ft.) in most of the house, there aren`t particular views.

Our personal opinion: 
even if the ceilings are not high it doesn`t give the feeling of "closed" or a sensation of "trapped", because of the numerous windows and the wooden ceilings.
