Positive aspects: 
good location on hill top position, easy access to the main road and services - not isolated because of the neighbour

Negative aspects: 
there is a neighbor (this could be positive not to be too isolated) and the front paved patio between the house and the barn is shared

Our personal opinion: 
 house in good conditions and not to large but still with a good size plot of land for agricultural and farming purposes, close to services and Florence. The access white road (aprox 800 mt) is in good condition.
