Throughout the year, the restaurant attracts businesspeople from Siena and Arezzo, famous for its goldsmiths and jewelry craftsmen. The exit from the Arezzo-Siena superstrada is nearby.
The entire property is surrounded by plantings and enclosed with a fence, with a grand gate onto the road which is bordered with mature trees. Likewise, the parking area is separated from the house by hedges and plantings.
If the buyer wanted the property solely as a residence, it can easily be used as a grand private villa. Or the garden level could be used as a charming apartment, or as guest bedrooms, offices, et cetera.
The owners are willing to help the new owners with the restaurant for aprox. 6 months if needed.

Positive aspects: 
good location close to main road communications, and the restaurant has been working for the past 10 years.

Negative aspects: 
if the activity of the restaurant is not of interest would need some work to change the layout of the house.

Our personal opinion: 
great occasion for someone that want to start an food activity in Tuscany.
