Location: 
Mezzomonte is the half way point between Florence and Impruneta. Impruneta, is on the border of the Chianti wine region and is largest shopping town for the area with an open-air market every Saturday, post office, banks and a super market. It is approx approx 7 km to the florence center, 700m away from the house there is a regular bus service between Florence and Impruneta. At the Ugolino golf club, which is approx 10 km from the villa, one can play golf 18 holes, tennis and  swim. The location is ideal for children attending the American International School of Florence at Bagno a Ripoli or any of the schools in the city of Florence.

Description: 
The villa was divided into several apartments, of which the owner uses one, as his summer weekend home. It is a separate building across the internal patio with its own garden and entrance.

The main villa is on several levels,  and consists of:

The house is very well restored and maintained, it is furnished with a mixture of modern and antiques, terra cotta and slate floors, wooden beam ceilings, it has two staircase and is free standing, approx 700 mts of dirt road to the main road.

AMENITIES:
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, barbecue grill, satellite TV, internect connection, working fireplace, pool. Bed, bath and pool linens are supplied. The heating is autonomous gas and may be controlled by the tenant. A couple will be in the staff apartment, they are employed for gardening, and may do household cleaning upon request. This is a NON-PET house.

The villa may also be divided into 2 apartments as follows:

Positive aspects: 
Location, 700 mts to bus stop, closed garage, separate accommodation for staff, patio, garden, views, neighbours not isolated, pool.

Negative aspects: 
Dirt road, neighbours the landlord next door, car necessary, steps, guests staying on the 3rd level need come down for bathroom.

Our personal opinion: 
“A delightful and very comfortable house with gorgeous views of the surrounding vineyards, and within close proximity to Florence, plus serviced by public transport, an excellent place for a family to stay for a short or long rental.”

Included: 
Utilities , internet connection, change of bed and pool linens  once a week.

Not included: 
Maid service, final cleaning.
