The apartment is located just outside Piazza Santo Spirito which is very attractive with trees on each side accentuating Brunelleschi´s beautiful Renaissance church that faces the square. Some of the most appealing features of the Piazza are the daily food and clothing market, the open-air restaurants and numerous coffee shops.  The piazza hosts concerts in the summer time.  It is approximately a 15-minute walk to Piazza della Signoria on the north side of the river.

FURNISHINGS :
The apartment has terra cotta floors with modern furnishings, some of the furniture is from Ikea, there are windows front and to the back giving cross ventilation, the soft furnishings are cotton with drapes on the windows and there is sun light.

AMENITIES :
Air conditioned, satellite TV, and WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven, iron, hair dryer, microwave. DVD. stereo, gas heating may be controlled directly by the tenant and linen is provided.

Positive aspects: 
A quiet apartment, located in a true Florentine neighbourhood, lots of wardrobe space, terrace, window screens at all windows.

Negative aspects: 
One bathroom has a tiny window, bedroom has window with no view, stairs (the last flight is steep).

Our personal opinion: 
"A charming and cosy apartment in a very desirable and enjoyable oltrarno neighborhood, Piazza Santo Spirito with all the restaurants and coffee shops is very bohemian, the stairs are difficult but worth the effort."

Utilities, heating, internect connection, maid service, garage parking and a final cleaning/laundry charge.
