Just 1 km from the town of Grassina (where shops, supermarkets, post offices and banks can be found), and aprox. 5 Km from Florence, on hill top position with generous views over the Tuscan hills and the town of Grassina. Aprox. 2 Km from the A1 highway exit.

Description: 
This recently refurbished house is set on hill top position, and it is part of larger complex, and it is free standing on three sides and it is laid out on three levels.
The house measures a total of approx. 350 sq. meters, and has 2 hectares of out door space. There is also a detached dependance of approx. 100 sq.mts. for guests or staff.

Positive aspects: 
Country location just 10 minutes drive from Florence, south facing, spacious "living" and outdoor spaces, private but not isolated.

Negative aspects: 
On the third level the single bedroom has low ceilings, at the present the air conditioning units must be installed, one side of the house is next to the road.

Our personal opinion: 
“This is a very comfortable and cosy house set in a wonderful garden"
