Positive aspects: 
Location, quiet, good light.

No views, stairs, 1 bathroom has a macerator toilet system, enter directly into the living room.

"A very pleasant apartment in a wonderful area of Florence near the church of Santa Croce, the stairs are not too strenuous.”
