Negative aspects: 
Air-conditioning only in the living area, stairs in the apartment.

Our personal opinion: 
"You can see the care the owners have put into this sweet apartment. The resisidential area gives a true taste of Florentine living, which does mean you are further from the historical center. A small price to pay for such quiet. The quaint kitchen reminds me of my nonna`s kitchen!"

Utilities (electricity, gas, water), final cleaning and laundry charge, city tax. €75/month in total for condominium costs, internet connection and garbage tax.
