Positive aspects: 
A typical Italian neighbourhood,  modern conveniences, sunny, quiet, terrace, pergola, private street level entrance, study, working fireplace.

Negative aspects: 
Loft bedroom has no privacy, stairs, no views, limited closet space.

Our personal opinion: 
“Although not large it is a cosy townhouse in a unique area of Florence close to the historic centre and to the countryside, near Bellosguardo for delightful walks and the terrace is spacious and charming."
