FURNISHINGS:
Cozy and decorated with style and balance with antique and modern pieces, the floors are terra cotta, the ceiling have wooden beams and the stairs are pietro serena, the upstairs living room has floor to ceiling glass with veiws of the roof tops and the terrace, the soft furnishings are mainly cotton, the bathrooms are marble tiles.

AMENITIES:
Internet connection, oven, microwave,dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioned, linen is supplied, the heating is autonomous (can be controlled by the tenant) and parking space for 1 car may be available on request.

Positive aspects: 
Location, elevator, terrace, double glazed windows, mosquito screens, air conditioning, fire place, parking space in the building (maybe available upon request).

Negative aspects: 
Limited closet space which is external from bedrooms, bathrooms without windows, noise from street below affect 2 bedrooms and kitchen (windows double glazed throughout), no separate dining room.

Our personal opinion: 
“A beautifully restored attic apartment which has kept some of the original features, it is in a magnificent historical palazzo, in the heart of Florence...makes for a an easy and elegant stay, if the noise is an issue bring ear plugs, its worth it.”

Not included: 
Utilities (gas, water, electricity), internet connection, satellite TV, maid service, parking for 1 car (if available), condominium expenses, garbage tax, final cleaning and laundry fee.
