The apartment is just a few minutes` walk from Piazza Santa Croce and the Duomo, in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, close to the Sant’Ambrogio market, post office, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

This apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (46 steps), measures approx. 90 m2 (970 sq. ft.) and consists of:

Large living/dining room (with futon sofa, table for 4-6)

There are 2 doors to the apartment, entering through either the kitchen or the bedroom.

FURNISHINGS:
The apartment has been refurbished in 2011 and has a corridor with built-in wardrobes, parquet floors, wooden ceilings and double-glazed sound-proof windows front and back, giving cross ventilation.

AMENITIES:
The apartment is equipped with portable AC (`pinguino`) in the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, internet, an equipped kitchen, with linens supplied. The heating is autonomous, controlled by the tenant. The apartment is no smoking.

Positive aspects: 
Nicely refurbished apartment with amenities and a very spacious bedroom, close to resturants and shops, on the main bus line, dryer.

Negative aspects: 
Stairs, the living room has no direct light, there may be some street noise. 1 bed is very low to the ground, bathroom with shower is also the utility room.

Our personal opinion: 
"Stylish and cosy apartment in the center of Florence."

Not included: 
Utilities (water, gas, electricity), intenect, condominium costs, garbage tax plus final cleaning and laundry charge. 
For rentals longer than 1 year, the tennant is also responsibile for the boiler check.
For any pets, an insurance policy against damages is required.
