Location: 
Located in the green hills on the north side of the city, walking distance from the public bus stop, and approx. 5 minutes drive to Florence where main services can be easily found.

Description: 
This apartment is part of a larger refurbished stone farm house.  It is approx. 120 square meters on two levels with an approx 350 sq. mt of  private fenced garden and patio.  It consists of:

Ground floor
Entrance
living / dining room with working fireplace and table for 6
kitchen
storage room
bedroom (French size double bed)
ensuite bathroom with shower

from the living room, up 10 steps (wooden stairs):
double bed room (twin beds that can be separated) with a wardrobe
ensuite bath room (tub)
walk through study (or TV room) with a double divan bed.

The property is equipped with dishwasher, refridgerator, oven, washing machine, autonomous heating system, double glass windows, Internet access, and basic satellite dish, some window screens, three parking spaces.

The house has cotto tile floors and wooden beam ceilings, the furniture is rustic but functional (owner is open to removing some items if tenant has their owner furniture).

The garden is fenced with a covered patio area with a table for 8.  The grounds surrounding the  property are accessible for  lovely walks among  olive groves and cypress trees.

Positive aspects: 
Feels private, garden, quiet, parking, not isolated, pets are welcome.

Negative aspects: 
The owner lives next door, the windows are quite small due the period the property was built, furnishings are rustic but owner is flexible to discuss this.

Our personal opinion: 
A good sized apartment with a private garden; close to services and Florence.
