The Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens behind, is also a brief walk away from the apartment. Ideal for long walks or jogging. This location is also good for shopping (super market), numerous restaurants, and artisan workshops.

The floors are terra cotta and parquet in the bedrooms, one terrace off the living/dining room with an awning, and the 2 small ones off the bedrooms  The ceilings are high and there are French door onto the terraces. The kitchen has a white marble top.

AMENITIES:
The elevator opens directly into the apartment, air conditioning in the living/dining room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen has stove with oven, fridge with freezer and washing machine. Gas heating and electric hot water heaters in the bathrooms. Internent connection, TV. There are several garages close by for off street parking. The owners has communicated that air conditioning can be installed in the bedrooms easily, as the unit may be put on the bedroom terrace.

Positive aspects: 
Location, elevator, terraces, view, light, fire place,  built-in closets.

Negative aspects: 
2 bedrooms are small, 1 bathroom without window, noise (maybe from street side).

Our personal opinion: 
“A bohemian style attic apartment with lots of light and good views of the roof tops, situated in one of the most prestigious streets of Florence.”

Not included: 
Utility (gas, eletricity), internect connection, final cleaning and condominium cost approx euro 300/month.
