Set on the boulevards of Florence, just minutes walk from the new Tram stop to the city center, and approx 20 min walk to Piazza San Marco and the Duomo
Description:
On the third floor (with elevator) of a nice elegant florentine building dating back to Florence capital of Italy this apartment in need of refurbishment is on a single level for a total of approx 220 Sq. Mt. (2200 Sq. Ft.) plus approx Sq. Mt. (150 Sq. Ft.) of out door area and a cellar in the basement. The apartment has a double entrance and stair case (ideal for a division into two independent apartments or in an office-residence situation) one of which a formal entrance towards the front where we find 3 good size rooms one with access to a front balcony. A long corridor joins the front and back part of the apartment. Currently there are two small bathrooms and a room where the old kitchen was placed (and relative plumbings). Towards the back we have access to the balcony-terrace. The apartment has high ceilings (approx 3.5 meters), decorated old floor tiles, centralized heating system and a doorman.
Positive aspects:
good layout with good size rooms and possible division of the apartment. Elegant building with elevator.
Negative aspects:
no particular views from the windows, the apartment needs total refurbishment

a spacious elegant apartment with great potential in easy reach of the historic center
