Positive aspects:

Negative aspects: 
currently the house would need some upgrade works to make it as a single family home; the lower level of the house is towards the back semi-underground.

Our personal opinion: 
a modern house in good shape, with great upgrade potential; easy outdoor maintenance and not isolated.
