The famous Rivoire Caffe Pasticceria, is 50 mts from the apartment where one can have a cappuccino or aperitivo basking in the cultural beauty of the city. It is also very handy to all the daily necessities: post-office, pharmacy and food shopping at the central market of San Lorenzo about 15 minutes walk away.

Please note: 4th bedroom, en-suite bathroom and sitting room are approx.15 steps down a level.
AMENITIES:
360°views of the city, satellite TV, Internet/wifi connection, fully air conditioned, butler and maid (who can cook Florentine style) are included in the rent and a chef is available upon request, parking for one car.

Positive aspects:

Small elevator, limited gym, steps, 4th bedroom suite is compact and with a low ceiling.

“A magnificent apartment in every way, a piece of paradise for relaxing or entertaining, the apartment lends itself for cocktail parties, weddings and business lunches etc. which all may be “al fresco” on the terraces or in the loggia overlooking the magnificently Florentine sky line, which is illuminated at night.”
