Set in the small village of Borgo A Buggiano, where all main services can be found, and aprox 10 min drive to the bigger town of Montecatini where also a train station - Aprox 15 min drive to Lucca, 40 min drive to Florence and the seaside of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.

Description: 
Set on the 1st floor (25 steps up) of a historic building, this portion of apartment of approx. 120 meters square (1200 sq. ft.) is made of an entrance, a living dining room south facing with large windows overlooking the back garden, a good size kitchen and pantry room, a first double bedroom and a second twin bedroom that both share a bathroom with bath tub and seperate shower. The apartment has high decorated ceilings, old tile floors, autonomous heating system. There is access to the garden downstairs, with umbrellas and chairs.

Positive aspects: 
Location in the center of an old small town - easy access to all services.

Negative aspects: 
You need to walk down a flight of stairs to access the outdoor area. The entrance of the apartment is shared with the owner`s apartment.

Our personal opinion: 
A good size historic home and apartment, half way to all main tourist attractions but yet close to services. Air conditioning not needed due to the high celings and think walls.
