Positive aspects: 
Location, modern, luminous, well equipped, elevator, doorman.

Negative aspects: 
Bathroom and kitchen have no window, there may be some street noise.

"A very attractive modern apartment in a great location."

Not included: 
Final cleaning, mandatory cleaning once every 2 weeks euro 45/time, electricity, city tax.
