In the heart of the Chianti region, on the hills close to the town of Poggibonsi (half way between Florence and Siena), where all main services and public transport to Florence can be found; just close drive to San Gimignano, Castellina in Chianti and Montereggioni. Approx a 35 min. drive to Florence.

Set on hilltop position this complex is made of two main buildings and is in need of total refurbishment for a total of approx 600 Sq. Mt. (6000 Sq. Positive aspects: 
good location on hill top position, views, privacy and the land garden quite flat and easy to use.

Negative aspects: 
the complex needs total renovations

Our personal opinion: 
a great project for a superb old country home in the heart of Tuscany, easy access to services and to the house. Could be devided into two independent houses having 2 entrances.
