It is a five-minute walk to Piazza Santo Spirito with Brunelleschi`s beautiful church and an open-air food and clothing market every morning. The famous and extensive Boboli Gardens are a few steps away.  The area has many artisan workshops, museums and other shopping.

FURNISHINGS:
The furnishings are contemporary with some antique style pieces and exposed beam ceilings.  There are parquet floors in the living/dining room and bedrooms, with terra cotta tiles in the kitchen.  The kitchen is tiled and has wooden cabinetry.

Positive aspects: 
Location, quiet, dryer, air condition.

Negative aspects: 
No air condition in the single bedroom, no window in the en-suite bathroom.
